1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between the ster75 platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member"). To withdraw this bonus, you must wager the bonus amount 15 times (15x). That means the wagering requirement is 15x.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer applies only once per member, household, family or IP address.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• ster75 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.
• The minimum deposit required for a bonus to apply will be stated in the terms of each offer.

6. Gaming Policy

All games on ster75 are operated fairly and transparently. The outcome of each game is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).

6.1 Game Operation

• All game outcomes are completely independent and random — previous results do not influence future results.
• If a connection is lost during a game, the game will be temporarily paused and may resume once you reconnect.

• Bonus abuse — attempting to fulfill bonus conditions through artificial or coordinated methods.
• Operating games using automated bots, scripts or software.
• Any form of cheating or fraudulent activity.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other members.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal payment methods.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using a third party's payment method.
• Falsely identifying yourself as a ster75 employee, partner or representative.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

ster75 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, for any reason and without prior notice. This applies in particular in the following situations:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse or illegal activity.
• Failure to submit identity verification documents.
• Activity that conflicts with the applicable laws of Bangladesh.

8.2 Member's Rights

A member may close their own account at any time. A request to close an account can be submitted via live chat or email. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed, however bonus funds may be forfeited if wagering requirements have not been met.

9. Limitation of Liability

ster75 is committed to maintaining the highest level of security and service standards. However, ster75 accepts no liability for the following:

• Any loss caused by problems with the user's own internet connection or device.
• Loss caused by unauthorized third-party access to an account, if the member disclosed their own password.
• Technical failures, cyberattacks or unforeseen circumstances beyond ster75's control.
• Failure to achieve expected earnings from gaming — gaming is an entertainment activity and there is no guarantee of winning.

ster75's maximum liability shall in no circumstances exceed the amount of funds currently held in the member's account.
